Appeals process


If you are a student who was due to complete by 31 July 2020 and you wish to appeal your calculated grade you should follow the process specifically to address the appeal of calculated grades that was developed collaboratively by all Access Validating Agencies (AVAs).


Appeals must be submitted directly to your AVA within 10 days of publication of results. All appeals will be dealt with by AVAs no later than 28 August 2020 and higher education providers should be updated on the outcomes of such appeals no later than 7 September 2020.


We are all focused on making sure students are not disadvantaged by these unprecedented times. This includes allowing for an appeal of calculated grades, where appropriate. You should follow the process specifically to address the appeal of calculated grades.
